The majority of poker sites are not affected by this issue, but there are some that remain where ther number of seats at the table are not provided in the hand history. PokerTracker 4 may not have recognized the size of the table correctly. You can identify this problem by looking at the Overview->Sessions report in PokerTracker 4 (click 'Refresh') to determine if the session is correctly listed as "6-max", or whatever the correct table size is in your scenario. If you have enabled preferred seating options and imported a played hand but the stats still don't move to the correct positions, the main reasons are these: If you join a table and the view rotates to put you in your preferred seat you should not move the HUD, PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you after your first played hand is imported. Until this point PokerTracker 4 can not know you are seated at the table, therefore it does not know to use the preferred seat settings.

#Pokertracker 4 hud wrong position update With a data base of 65K (using the Action Filters: open Raise & Cbet, and with the Standard Filter: Went to Showdown on), the Range by Bet Size has total hands of 3866 (and if you add up the Hand break downs it only has 1105). My notecaddy has been messed up for a bit so I took some steps today by following other answers on these forums but it didn't work. I uninstalled then reinstalled the ultimate packs. I went into the Windows/User folded and moved all those XML files into a backup folder (I never put them back.). My notecaddy was saying API error before I took all those steps. The other one of the ‘big two’ online poker HUDs alongside Holdem Manager is PokerTracker. Now there's just nothing in that spot in the HUD at all. PokerTracker has been through four iterations, their latest being released in 2012. Despite it being nearly 10 years since its release, PokerTracker4 is still as relevant now as it was back then. Those are now gone also after I did all the tweaks today that didn't work.Īlso when I used to click on my HUD numbers it would open a box and at the bottom of those boxes would be more detailed explanations (notes essentially) like 10.1-15BB shoved KK, AA, A5 whatever. The basic HUD functionality still works just he Notecaddy emblem (then when u click it.drop downs) are completely missing. + the detail I used to get from clicking on numbers the text is now gone. WPN does not have a preferred seating option, instead they use 'sit me here'.

Is there a way of filtering results by position ? Specifically, I'd like to know how to filter hands, for example, "calling 4 bets out of position".
PokerTracker 4 does not support 'sit me here' functionality at any poker room, therefore you must remain in the chosen seat when playing at WPN. We have spoken to the network about this problem, they are aware and are looking into possible solutions for the future. I know there is a way to get the exact positions using a number system, but I'd like to get it in more general terms.
